- All payments must be made in full before service commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Any overdue payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
4. Intellectual Property
- Any work created by sira remains the property of sira until full payment is received.
- Clients retain ownership of their brand assets and any pre-existing materials.
- Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of sira’s content is strictly prohibited.
5. Liability & Disclaimers
- sira is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing, advertising, or development services.
- Any third-party tools, plugins, or platforms used by sira are subject to their respective terms and policies.
6. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during service engagement private and secure.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Beirut, Lebanon.
8. Amendments
sira reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
